Mowsix Ltd provides professional growth marketing services. Because our services involve skilled human labour, dedicated time allocation, and preparation work that begins before or at the start of an engagement, our refund policy reflects the nature of service-based work.
This policy applies to all Mowsix retainer engagements. Project-based or fixed-fee engagements may have specific refund terms set out in the relevant Service Agreement.
The free 45-minute growth audit is provided at no cost with no obligation. There is nothing to refund.
If you cancel before any work has commenced on your engagement (i.e. before the agreed start date), you are entitled to a full refund of any upfront payment made.
If you cancel within the first 14 calendar days of your engagement start date, and you are not satisfied with the initial work delivered (including any measurement audit, onboarding materials, or strategy documents), we will review your case and issue a partial refund at our discretion, proportional to the work not yet delivered.
After 14 days, monthly retainer fees are non-refundable. This is because substantial planning, research, campaign setup, and resource allocation will have been completed.
You may cancel your retainer at any time with 30 days’ written notice (as per our Terms of Service). The final month’s retainer fee is non-refundable once notice has been given.
Ad spend paid directly to advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) is governed by those platforms’ own refund policies. Mowsix does not handle platform ad spend and cannot issue refunds for it.
We handle each situation with fairness and good faith. If you believe exceptional circumstances apply to your case โ for example, a significant service failure on our part โ please contact us to discuss. We are committed to resolving disputes reasonably.

If you are a consumer (not a business) purchasing services from Mowsix, you may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
